1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to EnzoChat. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EnzoChat website, mobile applications, and related services, features, and functionality. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of EnzoChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Moderation Policy, Child Safety Policy, Copyright Policy, Account Deletion Policy, and any other policy that applies to your use of the service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use EnzoChat.
2. Description of the Service
EnzoChat is a communication and social platform that allows users to communicate through end-to-end encrypted messaging, group conversations, voice calls, video calls, posts, stories, comments, reactions, and related social features. We may add, change, remove, test, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice where permitted by law. Some features may not be available in all regions, on all devices, or to all users.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EnzoChat. By using the service, you represent and warrant that: - You are at least 13 years old. - You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. - All information you provide is accurate and truthful. - You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are using EnzoChat on behalf of an organization, you also represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account using your email address and other required details. You agree that: - You will provide accurate and complete information. - You will keep your account information current. - You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. - You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. - You will keep your login credentials secure. - You will notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require additional verification, security checks, or account confirmation from time to time to protect users and the platform.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must not: - Share your password or verification credentials with others. - Allow unauthorized access to your account. - Use another user’s account without permission. - Attempt to bypass security systems or authentication controls. - Use automated tools to access or attack the platform. If we suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or harmful activity, we may take protective action including temporary restriction, verification steps, or suspension.
6. Platform Rules
You agree to use EnzoChat lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its users, or third parties. You must not use EnzoChat to: - Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse others. - Post or transmit unlawful, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, hateful, violent, or exploitative content. - Share content that violates privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or child safety protections. - Impersonate any person, organization, brand, official, or entity. - Commit fraud, phishing, scam activity, or identity theft. - Spread malware, viruses, spyware, or other harmful code. - Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data. - Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service without authorization. - Circumvent rate limits, moderation tools, or security measures. - Use the service to support illegal activity or to violate applicable law. - Upload or share content that you do not have the right to share. These rules apply to private messages, group communications, posts, stories, profile content, comments, reactions, and any other feature on the platform.
7. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, send, publish, or share through EnzoChat. By using the platform, you confirm that: - You have the necessary rights to share the content. - Your content does not violate any law or third-party right. - Your content does not contain harmful, misleading, or unlawful material. - Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. We do not assume responsibility for user-generated content, though we may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content where necessary under these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
8. End-to-End Encryption
Certain communications on EnzoChat use end-to-end encryption. This means that, for protected communication features, EnzoChat does not have the ability to read the content of your private messages, listen to encrypted calls, or decrypt protected media stored for delivery. However, encryption does not permit users to violate these Terms. We may still process limited information such as metadata, delivery status, technical logs, account data, and reports, as necessary to operate the service, secure the platform, and comply with law.
9. Content Moderation and Enforcement
EnzoChat may review reports, complaints, and relevant information to determine whether content or conduct violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We may, at our discretion and where permitted by law: - Remove or restrict content. - Reduce visibility of content. - Disable sharing or forwarding. - Label or flag content. - Suspend or restrict accounts. - Permanently terminate accounts. - Preserve records for legal or safety purposes. - Report content or account activity to authorities where required. We may act based on user complaints, automated detection, internal review, legal requests, or other relevant information.
10. Government and Lawful Requests
EnzoChat may comply with lawful requests, court orders, statutory notices, lawful directions, or valid requests from authorized government or law-enforcement agencies, subject to applicable law. Where permitted, we may preserve information, provide information under our control, or take other steps necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. We may also provide assistance for prevention, detection, investigation, or prosecution of offences, cyber incidents, fraud, or other security issues when required under law.
11. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not upload, share, post, transmit, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. If you believe content on EnzoChat violates your rights, you may submit a complaint through the grievance process or copyright complaint process set out in our policies. We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content and may take action against repeat or serious infringers where appropriate.
12. User Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, proposals, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to improve the service, unless otherwise required by law. This does not limit your rights over content that is otherwise protected by law, but it does allow us to consider and implement feedback freely.
13. Premium Plans and Payments
As of the current version of these Terms, EnzoChat does not offer premium plans unless explicitly stated in a separate written policy or product page. If paid features are introduced later, additional terms, pricing disclosures, refund rules, and billing conditions may apply. Those terms will be published separately and will govern the relevant paid service.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
EnzoChat may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. You should review those independently before using them.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to EnzoChat at any time, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if we believe that: - You violated these Terms or any related policy. - Your account is involved in suspicious, harmful, or unlawful activity. - We are required to do so by law, court order, or lawful request. - Your behavior poses a security, safety, or abuse risk to the platform or others. - You created false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent complaints. - You attempted to circumvent moderation, security, or platform restrictions. Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to content, messages, features, or account history, subject to applicable law and our retention obligations.
16. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Account Deletion Policy. When deletion is requested: - The request may be reviewed for verification and abuse prevention. - The account may be deactivated or scheduled for deletion. - Associated data is generally deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention, security preservation, or dispute-related needs. - Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited time before final removal.
17. Service Availability
EnzoChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We may experience outages, maintenance windows, feature disruptions, network issues, or technical failures. We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions beyond what applicable law requires.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law: - We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. - We do not guarantee that the service will meet every user expectation. - We do not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected or removed immediately. - We do not guarantee that communications will always be free from unauthorized access, interference, or technical failure. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnzoChat and its owners, operators, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service. This includes, where permitted by law, liability for: - Loss of data. - Loss of profits. - Service downtime. - Unauthorized access. - Content removal. - Account suspension. - Failure of delivery. - User disputes. - Reliance on user-generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnzoChat and its related persons from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to: - Your use of the service. - Your violation of these Terms or our policies. - Your violation of law or third-party rights. - Your content or conduct on the platform. - Your misuse of the service.
21. Changes to the Service
We may modify, add, or remove features, tools, or sections of the service at any time. We may also change operational aspects such as message delivery methods, storage limits, moderation tools, reporting flows, or account features. We may do so to improve safety, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the “Last Updated” date and publish the revised Terms on our website or app. Your continued use of EnzoChat after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If you have a complaint, concern, or grievance related to account actions, content, privacy, safety, impersonation, copyright, or any other issue, you may contact our Grievance Officer. 24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection, intermediary, or data protection rules that may apply. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
25. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not mean we waive our right to enforce them later. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
