Complaint Review Process

1. Submit your complaint by email (using the interactive form on the right to auto-draft or writing directly to the address provided).
2. Include relevant information, EnzoChat username, description of the incident, and supporting evidence (screenshots, links).
3. EnzoChat will review the complaint and may request additional details for verification.
4. Appropriate action will be taken based on platform policies, DPDPA guidelines, and the IT Rules, 2021.
