You may not upload, post, or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized copies of movies, songs, images, software, documents, or other protected works. Repeated infringement or deliberate infringement may lead to stronger enforcement action, including account restriction or termination.
3.13 False Reporting and Abuse of Complaints
You may not use reports, grievances, or moderation tools maliciously. False, misleading, spam, retaliatory, or abusive complaints may be rejected and may lead to action on the reporting account if the conduct is serious or repeated.
4. Allowed Content
EnzoChat supports ordinary personal and social communication, including: - Private conversations. - Group chats. - Personal updates. - Photos and videos you are permitted to share. - Reasonable opinions and discussion. - Support requests and grievances. - Lawful educational, professional, and social communication. We do not prohibit normal conversation, criticism, disagreement, humor, or expression simply because it is unpopular. However, all content must still comply with these Guidelines and applicable law.
5. Public, Private, and Encrypted Spaces
Different areas of EnzoChat may have different visibility and protection levels.
5.1 Private Encrypted Communication
Private encrypted messages and calls are intended for direct communication between participants. Even though the content is protected by end-to-end encryption, users must still follow these Guidelines and may not use private channels for abuse, harassment, threats, fraud, exploitation, or illegal conduct.
5.2 Public or Semi-Public Areas
If EnzoChat offers public posts, stories, comments, or profile visibility features, those areas may be more widely visible and may be subject to stronger moderation, reporting, or removal action.
5.3 Metadata and Safety Review
Even where content is encrypted, EnzoChat may process metadata, logs, account signals, and reports for security, delivery, abuse prevention, complaint handling, and lawful compliance. This does not mean we can read the content of your encrypted messages, but it does mean we may review associated signals to protect the platform and its users.
6. Content Moderation Approach
EnzoChat may use a combination of user reports, internal review, safety tools, abuse signals, and other methods to identify and act on harmful content or conduct. Our moderation approach may include: - Content removal or restriction. - Visibility reduction or feature limitation. - Warning notices. - Temporary suspension or permanent account termination. - Preservation of records for legal or safety reasons. - Referral to authorities where necessary. We may act before or after a report, depending on the severity of the issue, the risk involved, and applicable law.
7. Escalation Priority
Some content may require urgent handling. High-priority matters can include: - Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation. - Credible threats of violence. - Non-consensual intimate content. - Serious impersonation or fraud. - Account takeover or security incidents. - Content that creates imminent safety risk. - Lawful orders requiring rapid action. Urgent content may be removed, preserved, restricted, or escalated without waiting for a full complaint review cycle.
8. Repeat Offenders
Users who repeatedly violate these Guidelines may face escalating enforcement action. Repeat or severe abuse may result in longer restrictions, permanent bans, loss of access to certain features, or termination of the account. We may also consider patterns of behavior, the seriousness of each violation, and whether the conduct appears intentional, coordinated, or deceptive.
9. Reporting Content and Behavior
If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, you can report it through the in-app reporting tools, by email, or through the grievance web form. When reporting, please include as much relevant detail as possible, such as: - The username or account involved. - Links, screenshots, or timestamps. - A short explanation of the issue. - Any supporting context that helps us review the matter. Reports may be reviewed under our moderation and grievance processes. We may not be able to disclose every detail of the review outcome, especially where doing so would create safety, privacy, or legal concerns.
10. Enforcement Discretion
EnzoChat may interpret and apply these Guidelines in good faith to protect users and the service. We may decide whether a particular piece of content or conduct violates our rules based on the context, severity, pattern, and risk involved. We are not required to take the same action in every similar case, and our decision-making may depend on safety concerns, operational factors, legal obligations, and available evidence.
11. Safety and Privacy Balance
Our goal is to maintain a safe platform without unnecessarily invading user privacy. Because EnzoChat uses end-to-end encryption, we cannot inspect the content of protected conversations the way an ordinary centralized message service might. Accordingly, we rely on a combination of user reports, metadata, account signals, policy enforcement, and lawful processes to address abuse, fraud, exploitation, and other harmful conduct. We may also ask users to provide screenshots or other evidence where they choose to report conduct occurring in private or encrypted spaces.
12. Appeals and Review
If you believe we made an error in moderating content or taking action on your account, you may contact us through the grievance process and request a review. When submitting an appeal, include: - The account involved. - The enforcement action taken. - The reason you believe the action was mistaken. - Any relevant evidence or clarification. We may uphold, modify, or reverse a decision after review. Some decisions may remain final where required by law, policy, or safety concerns.
13. Relationship With Other Policies
These Community Guidelines are part of the broader EnzoChat policy framework and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Content Moderation Policy, Child Safety Policy, Copyright Policy, Grievance Officer details, and Contact Us page.

Part II: Content Moderation Policy
EnzoChat's internal framework for enforcement, review, and mitigation.
1. Purpose
This Content Moderation Policy explains how EnzoChat identifies, reviews, restricts, removes, and escalates content that may violate our rules, harm users, or conflict with applicable law. It is intended to support transparency, user safety, and fair enforcement.
2. Moderation Principles
Our moderation system is guided by the following principles: - Safety and legal compliance. - User privacy and proportional enforcement. - Context-sensitive review. - Protection of children and vulnerable users. - Prevention of abuse, fraud, and exploitation. - Respect for platform integrity. We may use both human review and technical systems to identify content or behavior that may require action.
3. What May Be Reviewed
EnzoChat may review: - User reports and profile information. - Public content, metadata, and security logs. - Complaint evidence. - Content necessary for complaint resolution or lawful compliance. Because of end-to-end encryption, we do not claim the ability to read the content of protected private communications. However, where a complaint is filed, users may voluntarily provide screenshots or other evidence to assist review.
4. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the issue, we may take one or more of the following actions: - No action or warning. - Content removal or restriction. - Feature limitation. - Temporary suspension or permanent account ban. - Identity verification request. - Preservation of records. - Referral to authorities where necessary.
5. Factors We May Consider
We may consider: - The severity of the violation. - Whether harm is ongoing or repeated. - Whether the content targets a minor or vulnerable person. - Whether the conduct is fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive. - The credibility of evidence and context. - The applicable law or legal request involved.
6. Report Handling
Reports should be submitted with enough detail to allow review. We may request more information before taking action. Some matters may require faster handling, especially where there is risk to a child, risk of violence, or a serious legal concern.
7. Appeals
Users may appeal moderation decisions through the grievance process. Appeals should explain why the content or action should be reconsidered and should include any relevant evidence.
8. Transparency
We may publish or update moderation-related information, statistics, or policy summaries from time to time where appropriate and lawful. Such information may be generalized and may not disclose personal data or sensitive enforcement details.
