1. Purpose
EnzoChat is committed to providing a safe digital environment for users, especially minors and vulnerable users. This Child Safety Policy explains how we prevent, detect, report, and respond to child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, and other forms of child endangerment on the platform.
This Policy applies to all EnzoChat users, all content shared on the platform, and all communications conducted through EnzoChat’s services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Moderation Policy, Copyright Policy, and Grievance Policy.
2. Zero-Tolerance Approach
EnzoChat has a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual abuse, child exploitation, grooming, trafficking, and any attempt to harm, manipulate, sexualize, or abuse a child. Content or conduct involving child exploitation may result in immediate removal, account restriction, preservation of evidence, and escalation to appropriate authorities where required by law and safety obligations.
We do not allow any user to use EnzoChat to target, contact, manipulate, lure, exploit, or endanger a child. This applies whether the conduct is public, private, direct, indirect, repeated, or attempted.
3. Age Restriction
EnzoChat is intended only for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or use the platform.
If we believe that an account belongs to someone under the age requirement, we may disable or remove the account and may delete related information as appropriate.
4. Prohibited Child Harm Content and Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on EnzoChat:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexualized images or videos of children.
- Grooming or attempts to build trust with a child for sexual, abusive, or exploitative purposes.
- Sextortion involving a child.
- Soliciting sexual images, sexual acts, or explicit communication from a child.
- Sharing, storing, promoting, or linking to exploitative child content.
- Trafficking, coercion, or enticement of a child for sexual or criminal purposes.
- Threats, blackmail, or intimidation involving a child.
- Any other conduct that sexually exploits, harms, or endangers a child.
5. Reporting and Response
Users can report child safety concerns using the in-app reporting system, by email, or through the grievance web form. Reports involving children are treated as high priority and may be reviewed urgently.
When a child safety report is received, EnzoChat may:
- Review the report and available evidence.
- Remove or restrict relevant content.
- Suspend or terminate the account involved.
- Preserve records for safety, compliance, or investigation purposes.
- Escalate the matter to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
- Take additional protective steps to reduce risk to the child or other users.
We may act quickly even if a full investigation is still ongoing when there is an immediate safety risk.
6. Evidence Preservation
Where content or conduct may involve child exploitation or related illegal activity, EnzoChat may preserve relevant records, account details, metadata, logs, and related evidence for safety, legal, or investigative purposes. Preservation may be necessary to support lawful requests, internal review, or reporting obligations.
7. Law Enforcement and Legal Cooperation
EnzoChat may cooperate with law enforcement, child protection authorities, or other lawful agencies when we believe such cooperation is necessary or required by law. We may provide relevant information consistent with legal process, applicable obligations, and safety needs.
8. Preventive Measures
To support child safety, EnzoChat may use a combination of platform measures, including:
- Account and age gating.
- Content moderation and reporting tools.
- Safety notices and policy reminders.
- Abuse detection and review systems.
- Limits on harmful behavior where appropriate.
- Internal review of complaints and repeated offender patterns.
We may also update our platform tools and safety practices from time to time to improve protection for children and vulnerable users.
9. User Responsibilities
All users must help maintain child safety on the platform. You must not:
- Contact a child in a sexual or exploitative way.
- Encourage a child to share sexual, private, or unsafe material.
- Share child abuse material or links to such material.
- Use EnzoChat to facilitate exploitation, trafficking, or grooming.
- Hide, destroy, or alter evidence of child exploitation.
- Use fake identities or deceptive tactics to access or target children.
If you suspect that a child is in danger, you should report the issue immediately through EnzoChat’s reporting channels and, where appropriate, contact local emergency or child protection authorities.
10. International Safety Standards
EnzoChat may apply safety standards and moderation procedures that go beyond the minimum required by local law where necessary to protect children, preserve trust, and prevent abuse. Child safety matters may be reviewed with heightened urgency because harm to children can escalate quickly and may require immediate intervention.
11. No Private Use Exception
Because child safety involves serious harm risk, private messages, encrypted channels, and closed groups may still be reviewed or acted upon using the tools and information available to us where necessary to protect users, respond to reports, preserve safety evidence, and comply with law. End-to-end encryption does not permit misuse against children.
